The Broadway musical & Juliet is set to welcome back two familiar faces this summer: Joey Fatone and Paulo Szot. These talented actors will be reprising their roles as Lance, sharing the part with each other throughout the season. Fatone will begin performances on July 1, while Szot will take the stage from July 21. This marks a return to the show for both actors, who have previously played the role of Lance. Fatone will be performing from July 2-12, August 4-15, and September 1-13, while Szot will star from July 21-26 (matinee), July 28-August 2, and August 18-30. The dynamic duo will join a stellar cast, including Tony winner James Monroe Iglehart, who will be making his final bow on June 4. Iglehart will be succeeded by Fatone and Szot, who will alternate in the role. The show's creative team includes Luke Sheppard, Jennifer Weber, and Bill Sherman, ensuring a memorable production. With a book by David West Read and a score featuring famous pop songs written by Max Martin, & Juliet offers a fresh take on Shakespeare's classic. The musical has been a hit, opening at the Sondheim Theatre in November 2022 after a successful run in the West End. It's a testament to the show's enduring appeal that it has already announced its recoupment and is set to celebrate its 1,500th performance in June. This return engagement highlights the show's popularity and the talent of its cast and crew, making it a must-see for theater enthusiasts.
